To avoid any problems with punctuality we recommend that students arrive by 8.40 a.m.
The Dining Room is open for students to sit and chat, or have something to eat (toast, teacakes, crumpets etc). There is a bell at 8.40 a.m. to tell students to make their way to their form room.
There are 5 teaching periods in each day:
- Engagement: 8.45 a.m. to 9.10 a.m.
- Period 1: 9.10 a.m. to 10.10 a.m.
- Period 2: 10.10 a.m. to 11.10 a.m.
- Break: 11.10 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
- Period 3: 11.30 p.m. to 12.30 p.m.
- Period 4: 12.30 p.m. to 1.30p.m
- Lunch: 1.30pm to 2.00pm
- Period 5: 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
School opening and closing times: 8am - 4pm
Hours provided in a typical week: 31 hours and 40 minutes
Morning Registration: 8:40am - 9:10am
Official end of the school day: 3pm
